Wave Staffing are an independent event staffing company that has been providing reliable and professional event staff for wide and varied events see what we did there!

You may have previously known us as Boys and Girls Promotions we have been successfully providing event staff in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas since 2010. Nothing has has changed we are still the trusted team with the same values and passion for delivering high quality services and building strong relationships with our clients.

But now as of 2024 we are Wave Staffing.

Why the new name?

It was becoming increasingly evident that our name did not reflect our diverse offering or values. We've always been proud that we don't specialise in a particular event sector, our events are wide and varied and always have been, so we thought its time to spell it out with our new name: 'Wave'

Here at Wave Staffing we have big ambitions and feel confident that our new brand showcases our values around diversity and inclusivity, and they have always been there, but now they are more visible than ever.

Oxford is such an iconic city and we are proud to part of what is an inspiring events calendar both in Oxford city centre and the surrounding area of Oxfordshire. Wave staffing contributes towards successful events at prominent establishments and businesses including The University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University, The Randolph Hotel, as well as local heritage sites such as Blenheim Palace, Bicester Heritage and Stonor Park.

But it’s not all about large scale events and festivals, as we also provide event staff for weddings, private dinners, parties, and conferences. There’s no event too big or too small, we just want to help make them the best events they can be.
