They deliver project management pre event, deal with all unforeseen issues that may arise, and are the conduit between the client and staff on the day for all event elements.

We have worked with a number of VVIPs, UHNWI, and Celebrities, so yes we sign Non Disclosure Agreements as supplied by clients.

In a perfect world we would like to work with our clients 2 months before an event to ensure we provide the best staff for the event.
We can accept late enquiries up to 3 days before the event, but we will levy a late booking fee accordingly.

Our standard dress code for staff White plain shirts. black plain shirts, black skirts/trousers and black shoes.
But yes we can wear promotional wear and we provide staff clothes sizes as required prior to events.

Some events will require detailed planning with regard to the supply of event staff over an extended period from concept to the delivery of the event.
Project Management makes sure we cover the time and resource required.

Yes we use a ratio of 15:1 for staff to guests for general events.
This ensures we deliver the best customer experience for clients and their guests.
When delivering Cloakroom Services and Bar Management we have different ratios based on the amount of guests involved.

Based on UK and EU policy - If a work shift is over 6 hours then yes staff are due a 20 minute break which is organised by the Team Leader.
