1. Do you have a minimum amount of hours for staff ?

Yes 3 hours is our minimum commission period 

 

2. Why do you have Team leaders ?

Team leaders deliver project management pre event and are the conduit between the client and staff on the day. 

 

3. Do you sign Non Disclosure Agreements?

We have worked with a number of celebrities and VIPs so yes we sign NDAs

 

4. What's the latest we can book staff?

Up to 3 days thereafter we have a late booking charge rate.

 

5. Can staff wear promotional clothing?

Our standard dress code for staff White plain shirts. black plain shirts, black skirts/trousers and black shoes. But yes we can wear promotional wear and we provide staff clothes sizes as required. 

 

6. Why do you have a Project Management charge ?

Yes we do to make sure we cover all the necessary elements of planning events.

. Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we Hiscox Insurance - see Terms of Conditions for the certificate. 

 

8. Are Wave Staffing on social media?

Yes you can find us on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and TikTok 

 

9. Do you have a ratio of staff to visitors/ guests? 

Yes we use a ratio of 15:1 for staff to guests. This ensures we deliver the best customer experience for clients and their guests. 

 

10. Do you use what3words? 

Yes our address is /// fish.danger.empire and we use W3W for finding client addresses.

 

11. Are staff allowed breaks when working?

If the shift is over 6 hours then yes staff are due a 20 minute break which is organised by the Team Leader.
