OFFICIAL WAVE STAFFING STATEMENT 

Following a period of sustained high workload, Andrew Jennings will take a six-month sabbatical to focus on his wellbeing and recovery from work-related and life stresses. 

We fully support this decision and are committed to his support, ensuring service continuity, and providing appropriate support for our staff team during this time. 

As of next week 8th June Andrew will not be contactable. 

Throughout this sabbatical period, Andrew’s responsibilities will be redistributed across the Management team. 

Clients will be kindly asked to direct all enquiries to Chris Jones - contact@wavestaffing.couk or 01865 416853, who will coordinate support as needed in the immediate period while we arrange coverage for the duration.  

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming Andrew back following his sabbatical.
