For the Executive and Personal assistants we work with we understand that: security/privacy, reputation/quality, risk and compliance, service fit for the principal, and logistics/coordination are key fundamentals for any and every event.


1. Security, privacy and discretion


  • Who is coming into the house/estate or private venue, and how well they’ve been background-checked and referenced.

  • How we handle NDAs, photos/social media, guest data, and any sensitive information about the principal, their family and their movements.


2. Reputation and proven quality


  • Whether we can demonstrate experience with UHNW households and very high-touch private events, not just generic hospitality shifts.

  • Ability to provide credible 'non named' references, testimonials and case studies for similar scale/level events in areas like Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.


3. Risk, compliance and insurance


  • Clear confirmation of right-to-work checks, contracts, and that all staff are employed or engaged compliantly (to avoid reputational or legal blowback on the principal).

  • Adequate public liability and employer’s liability insurance, plus a clear incident/escalation process if something goes wrong during the event. Via Hiscox Insurance.


4. Fit with the principal’s standards and style


  • Whether staff will understand and mirror the household’s culture: formality level, dress code, how to address guests, VIP protocol, and zero‑drama behaviour.

  • Confidence that we will listen to very specific briefs (guest profiles, service style, pet peeves of the principal) and send a consistent core team.


5. Reliability, control and coordination


  • Assurance that we will not cancel last minute, will turn up with the right headcount and skills, and will proactively communicate with the PA/EA, not the principal.

  • Clarity on one main point of contact, response times, on‑the‑day chain of command, and integration with the wider supplier team (caterer, security, venue, household staff).
